Synergy Direct Solutions helped set up my small business by creating our web design, company logo and getting us set up with the best Internet search engine options that reached our companies customer base. Anytime we needed to add anything to our website they where always just an email or phone call away. I don’t really like the ticketing system because it can be kind of confusing but I was able to simply call and talk to someone at customer service and they created a ticket for me.
